Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an offsite revisit completed June 8, 2022, Amedisys Home Health had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey completed March 28, 2022.

The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state license survey completed March 28, 2022.
